Amy's Favorite Sandwich

Layer in this order:

• whole wheat or rye bread
• chedder cheese
• thick slice of tomato
• chopped garlic and onion
• grated parmesan
• salt and pepper

1. Bake in oven until cheese melts and light brown.
2. Top with chopped arugula
